NxtGen ensures top-quality manuscript editing and research support tailored to each client’s needs. We provide unlimited revisions as per the initial agreement with our admin team (refer to our workflow process).

Custom-made Research Work

NxtGen conducts original research for every project and does not provide pre-written materials. Our work serves as a reference, not for direct submission. Experts are assigned within 24 hours, and work begins within 48 hours. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of project confirmation. 

Payment Terms

• 100% Advance for Standard Services

NxtGen requires full advance payment for Assignments, Course Work, Research Proposals, Manuscripts, Conference Papers, Seminar Papers, and University-Level Papers to ensure seamless processing and timely delivery.

• Medium-Level Research Work (Less than 30,000 Words)

For research projects under 30,000 words, payment is divided into two installments. After project confirmation, the first draft is delivered with unlimited revisions. The second installment must be cleared to continue the remaining 50% of the work. Any delay in payments, primary/secondary data, or book sources may affect the timeline, for which NxtGen holds no responsibility.

• High-Level Research Work (More than 50,000 Words)

For research exceeding 50,000 words, payment is structured in three installments: 40% advance, with the remaining 60% split into two installments. Work is dispatched accordingly. Clients must ensure timely payments and approvals, as delays in payments, feedback, or primary data submission may extend the project timeline.

Refund Policy

At NxtGen, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, ensuring a fair assessment of the circumstances. To process a refund request, we may require documented proof to verify the reason for the request. Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy within the stipulated refund period.

• 100% Refund Eligibility:

✅ The project has not yet been assigned to an expert. Once confirmed, a project is assigned within 4 hours, so cancellation before assignment qualifies for a full refund.
✅ The project has been confirmed but not yet started. If canceled within 2 hours of confirmation, a full refund is provided.

• No Refund Cases:

❌ After Project Initiation: Once assigned and work has begun, refunds will not be issued, as experts have already allocated time and effort to the project.
❌ During Work in Progress: If the writer has started and dedicated the committed hours, no refund will be granted, ensuring fair compensation for their expertise.
❌ After Completion: Upon receiving the full work, refund requests will not be entertained. However, NxtGen offers unlimited revisions based on instructor feedback to ensure complete satisfaction.

Referral Offer

✔ The project must be confirmed as a combo package (e.g., Research Proposal + Full Dissertation) within the specified timeframe to avail the offer. Individual confirmations will not qualify.
✔ This offer applies only to full dissertation services, not for single or multiple chapter orders.
✔ Work delivery remains within the committed timeline. Any modifications to the initial agreement may render the referral offer void.
✔ Users can refer unlimited friends and colleagues with no referral limit restrictions.
✔ NxtGen holds the final authority on discounts and referral benefits, which may be modified at our discretion.
